On one hand I can start to see what motivates them, but it's no excuse at all. They see a fellow minority with different values and their bitterness boils over. They think that because I'm not white, maybe I won't know enough to call the cops on them or even speak English. They figure they can take out their frustrations about their place in life on someone like me. Isn't that always how this stuff works?
